1). Right-click on any image within the File Explorer.

Right-click around the "ShellEdit" folder around the sidebar.
Select the "New → String value" option.
Type "ProgrammaticAccessOnly" because the string value name.
Next, close the registry editor.
Finally, restart Windows 10.
After restarting the machine, you will no longer begin to see the Edit with Photos option whenever you right-click on an image in Windows 10.
